Landscaping
Levelling & spreading of soil, toppings & crushed rock, mulch, garden clean–ups. Excavate sections of soil down to a certain level, scrape lawns, or spread and level materials such as pebbles or toppings.
Plant and Tree Holes
For Plants or tree planting. Augers of 200mm, 300mm and 450mm available.
Post Holes
Posts for Fencing (Rural post and Colourbond), Retaining walls, Decks and structures such as Horse Shelters.
Site Cleans
Levelling & spreading of soil, toppings & crushed rock, mulch, garden clean–ups. Removal of building waste to approved recycling and waste plants (if available). Spreading crushed rock around sites for OH&S purposes.
Driveways and Shed Site Cuts
Maintain and repair existing driveways ie gravel and toppings. Complete site preparation for new driveways. Build new gravel driveways. Small site cuts for sheds, tanks.
Horse Stables and rural properties
Cleaning out of horse stables, straw and manure mounds, Driveways, Post Holes.
Rates and Locations
We will travel all over Central Victoria. Locations include:
Bendigo, Axedale, Heathcote, Elmore, Rochester, Goornong, Echuca, Inglewood, Wedderburn, Raywood, Newbridge, Dunolly, Maryborough, Newstead, Castlemaine, Daylesford, Kyneton, Ballarat, Harcourt, Maldon, Rushworth, Junortoun, Strathfieldsaye, Marong, Tooborac, Malmsbury, Bridgewater, Dingee.
Price list
Hourly
Minimum cost $250 (plus gst) for first 2 hours.
$100 (plus gst) per hour for each additional hour.
Auger post holes
First 10 holes for $250, (minimum 10 holes, note. if only 6 holes still charged the minimum) then
$15 for each additional hole (200 and 300 auger to 600 deep),
$20 for each additional hole (450mm auger, or depth over 600mm)
If very rocky ground, then job will revert to an hourly rate due to extra time taken.
All prices are Plus GST
Combined jobs i.e. Bucket and Auger Work
Converts to the Hourly Rate
Note. Holes will be cleaned as much as practical with auger.
Some soil types limit auger cleaning.
Note. not all soil can be removed and some manual cleaning will be required.
Areas in the Blue Circle are included in the Minimum Cost of 2Hrs. Those locations outside the blue circle and in the red will incur a travel cost (Float) dependant on location.
